Stern, the shingle-style American classic, which features eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms sits on 14,000 square feet and took 3.5 years to construct.
Other Ridgewood residencies of note include properties at 325 Gardner Road and 97 Heights Road. The Gardner Road home sits in Ridgewood’s Country Club section and features four bedrooms and five bathrooms and lists for $3.8 million. The Heights Road property lists at $2.9 million and has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in 7,284 square feet.
